Returns & Refund

We have 120 days Returns & Refund Policy

We are aware that returns can be the bane of our customers lives, so we have simplified the process, once the following steps are followed, the returns process will be painless!

Returns Process:

  • Include the order number
  • All details to be completed on this form **
  • Aftersales department will contact the Customer once form is processed
  • The product and all documentation should be correctly packaged for transportation***
  • When collection is arranged for the end user please allow 1 week for collection, once the tracking number has been provided
  • The product will be collected and returned to the warehouse
  • The product will then go through strict testing procedure

Once the testing has been completed a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that goods returned must be in saleable condition with the original packaging included in the return. Any damage or if the products have been used and NOT found to have a manufacturers return cannot be refunded. 

Faulty Goods:
All of our goods are backed up by a 12 month warranty for manufacturers fault. If there is a manufacturers fault detected a replacement part will be sent or else a replacement unit. If the fault is from damage it will not be covered by warranty.
